Hello! My name is Brandon Schnautz. I am a student at Texas State University where I am majoring in Mass Communication with a concentration in Digital Media Innovation. I have just begun my junior year and I'm actually very excited for the classes I'm enrolled in this semester. When I graduate from Texas State, I plan on attending The Recording Conservatory of Austin where I will study audio engineering. I hope to one day find a career somewhere within the music industry.
I grew up in Conroe Texas, a town about 30 miles north of Houston. I went to Conroe Highschool where I played football, baseball and ran track. I have one brother who is four years older than me and attends Tarleton State University. I come from a family full of Aggies, so growing up I always thought I would go to Texas A&M, but I have certainly found my home at Texas State. I love my college and couldn't imagine being anywhere but here.
My hobbies include; watching sports (mainly football), listening to music, traveling and playing video games. I am a huge media consumer, and I'd have to say the app I use most is Twitter. My favorite movie is Interstellar, mostly because I love space. My favorite artist is Isaiah Rashad, but I'm also a big Lorde guy. A fun fact about myself: Jonathan Davis, who plays Pope in the Netflix series Outer Banks, is a good friend of mine from highschool.
